I don't get happy and increase the purchase price in order to close you at a higher amount. Quite the contrary, I want to get you everything you want at the lowest price. Why, because of Referral and Repeat business. That is why we preach our Relational Business Model.
Paris, she is the negotiator and the one that takes you from the point of seeing the home of your dreams and ensures that you are well protected. She keeps the lender on the level, makes sure escrow is on target, and makes sure your rights are never violated. Having conducted herself as a Loan Originator for a short time in a down market in order to get the training and experience to have something "necessary" to use in order for us to best protect our clients, she did so.
