I have to say it was hot. My routine, changes from day to day. Today I went to the office and pulled expired and cancelled listings, this is daily. I got my mailings out and two days the follow up calls start. About 9:30am I returned home for a run. Today 4 miles seemed like 10. My legs were heavy and lungs were burning. My shoes even felt uncomfortable, but I stuck with it. The musical selection you may ask. A bit of AC/DC mixed with Mike Ferry excerpts.
The best of the best will tell you that you should live and die by your schedule. I have my regular routine, but I am flexible with it so I do not get caught in the rut. Remember, if you get caught in a rut, you start to see only dirt after a short time.
Tomorrow is a short day for the routine. It is H2O day. Working with some short 30 second sprints, 12 repeats. All you need is a watch with a second hand. I am sure my lungs will be burning tomorrow. 12 minutes and I am finished. But the hacking will continue well into the evening.... I love to know what I am up against...
