Received another asset, a two bedroom and one bathroom Condo, lower level that has an elevated dining area attached to the kitchen. The two over sized bedrooms and one full bathroom.

The living area has a fireplace and connects with a small fenced yard that also has commonality with one of the bedrooms via a two panel sliding glass door.

There was no need for an eviction, the owners have moved on I am in the process of completing the Broker Price opinion and having the property cleaned out.

Keep an watchful eye and I will have the listing price sooner than later.

One of the most valuable lessons I have learned is always remember to treat people kindly.

Kind of a golden rule of sorts. However, there are a lot of folks out there that are predators in their own right.

If you are calling agent's assistants and screaming at them with your "big boy" voice and berating them with profanities, I imagine that you will not get far.

If you are doing it to one of our support staff members, you can expect a call from Paris or I.

Let's not forget that is something is overlooked, missed, or otherwise not right - then the person or persons to blame would be the team leader or agent that is in charge. Period!

The staff should be monitored in such a way that they are doing their job. If you lack as a business owner and do not have a consistent measure on your employees, that responsibility falls on your head.

The one thing that really makes me wonder is the "strong on the phone" agent that calls screaming to someone that does not know anything about that particular agents dealings and is so ready to "call and go off" because it is such an easy target.

The threatenings that have to do with "I will have your job", or "I am going to make sure, by the end of the day you are without an employer!"

Never forget, buyers and sellers make up all walks of life, and if you are not a subscriber to the "golden rule of love thy neighbor", at least do it by seeing the big picture.

Have you come across those out there wanting to charge for lists of REO? How about charging for lists of Foreclosures and other distress properties?

Don't fall for it. As far as I am concerned you should not be paying for information that has to do with Homes and Real Estate that are for sale. We are about full disclosure, Here at RE/MAX of Santa Clarita and The Paris911 Team. We have never charged for any information and never will. Those of you that have come into our offices located in suites 201, 202, and 206 at 25101 The Old Road, Santa Clarita CA, 91381, have been pleasantly surprised when we sit you down and give you the "A to Z" of Real Estate.

Even if you are an old pro with regard to investing, I know we have something to tell you that you did not know or think about with relation to that topic. We are about explaining and letting you know how the market is fairing and if it is a good time for you to buy or sell or invest.

So, what do you say about searching for homes - When we started it was easy to look for homes when we gave you a password and user name into the MLS, but because of the switch this is not possible now. At So Cal Tempo - The new MLS in the SRAR, this data is available in a number of places, there are those that charge for this data. Also there are places in which the base is too broad, the servers are suffocating and not able to have their data updates multiple times per hour.
